Dynasty Holding’s Vision for Uzbekistan Growth

Dynasty Holding Group hosted a significant meeting in Qatar on Sunday, November 10, 2024,  attended by notable figures including H.E. Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, Laziz Sh.  Kudratov; Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Choriyev Jasurbek Ergashevich; and H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the State of Qatar, Ashraf  Khodjaev. The gathering aimed to discuss the future development of Dynasty Jet, one of the  holding’s key sectors, as it expands its presence in Uzbekistan. This occasion brought together  diplomats and deputy governors from various regions of Uzbekistan, creating a platform for  dialogue about potential collaborations.

In line with this commitment, we recently announced the establishment of Dynasty Aviation  Services in Uzbekistan last month, in October 2024. Adnan Deeb, COO of Dynasty Jet,  articulated the company’s dedication to local recruitment in Uzbekistan, stating, “We will be  pursuing and pushing for local representatives and resources, enhancing employment  opportunities in Uzbekistan.” This focus on local hiring is part of their broader strategy to  integrate into the community and boost the local workforce. 

In addition to job creation, the meeting underscored the potential for promoting tourism,  increasing air traffic, and establishing Tashkent as a central hub for private aviation travel in  Central Asia. Dynasty Jet aims to enhance travel experiences and encourage more visitors to  explore Uzbekistan. As such, by investing in local resources and promoting these sectors, the  company seeks to make a positive contribution to Uzbekistan’s economic landscape. 

Overall, the meeting served as a crucial step in establishing a collaborative relationship between  Dynasty Holding Group and Uzbekistan.
